DELGOODS ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through the MyFantasy app and how we use it.

1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: Email address, username, and password (encrypted) upon registration.
• Partner data: Partner linking status (user IDs).
• Device data: Device codes of paired products, stored locally on your phone.
• Bluetooth data: The app communicates via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) with MyFantasy products. We do not store Bluetooth data on our servers.
• App preferences: Language setting and haptic feedback setting, stored locally on your device.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your account
• To connect you with your partner for remote control
• To relay vibration commands in real-time between partners
• To remember your device settings

4. Legal Basis

We process your data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and for the performance of the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Storage and Security

Your data is stored via Google Firebase (Firestore) in the EU (region eur3). Firebase Authentication secures your credentials with encryption. We retain your data for as long as you have an account.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties, except Google Firebase as a processor for hosting and authentication. We never sell your data.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access — View what data we hold about you
• Rectification — Correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — Delete your account and all data via the app
• Portability — Receive your data in a common format
• Object — Object to processing
• Complaint — File a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl)

8. Local Storage

The app uses localStorage on your device for: language preference, device codes, and settings. This is essential for app functionality and does not require separate consent under the ePrivacy Directive.

9. Bluetooth

The app uses Bluetooth Low Energy to communicate with MyFantasy products. This requires your permission via the operating system. The Bluetooth connection is local and is not sent to our servers.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. For significant changes, we will notify you via the app.
